I pledge to help create a cleaner, greener Savannah by participating in the Greatest American Cleanup and picking up at least 250 pieces of litter in honor of America's 250th Birthday.

From July 4, 2026, through August 31, 2026, I will take action to beautify my community by removing litter, supporting recycling efforts, protecting our environment, and encouraging others to join the movement.

Together, we can make a lasting impact one piece of litter at a time and celebrate America's 250th anniversary with cleaner neighborhoods, healthier waterways, and greater community pride.

How it works

Step 1: Take the Pledge

Commit to picking up at least 250 pieces of litter between July 4, 2026, and August 31, 2026, in honor of America's 250th Birthday. 

Step 2: Count Your Impact

Keep track of the number of litter items you collect. Your goal is to pick up at least 250 pieces of litter during the campaign period.

Step 3: Share your Results

Take photos of your cleanup efforts and share them on social media using the campaign hashtag #PickUp250Savannah. Be sure to tag Keep Savannah Beautiful or through our Form.
