Jean J. Bellemare
J.J. was born and raised in Québec, Canada before moving to the south and gaining his US Citizenship in 2007. He current works as a school-bus driver and commercial-driving instructor with the Bryan County School System.
LaToya S. Brannen
Hunter Chadwick
Hunter was born and raised in Savannah, GA and is the current Head Of School at Calvary Day School. This is Hunters first year on the board.
William L. Eason, Sr.
William is from Albany, GA. William grew up in Cobbtown, Georgia and graduated from Metter High School in 1976. He served in the United States Army and then graduated from American InterContinental University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Management. William is currently employed by Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah and serves on the board of Edgemere\Sackville Neighborhood Association. William also serves on Keep Savannah Beautiful’s Board in which he has been serving for three years. He is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma.
Roxanne E. Formey
Stacey Hall
Stacey was born and raised in Savannah, GA. She works as an Incident Manager / Certified Investigator for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. Stacey is a first year board member who works on the “Great Savannah Clean-Up and Adopt-a-Spot.”

Anita L. Jordan
Anita was born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania and currently volunteers as a docent at the Savannah African Art Museum.
Honor A. Lind
Sal Mullgrav
Sal Mullgrav is a 17-year United States Marine Corps (Gunnery Sergeant) veteran and served on active and reserve duty. Sal Mullgrav has multiple deployments to Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Africa. Served as a Team Leader for Quick Reaction Force, US State Department, Senior Enlisted for Fallen Angels, and Convoy Operations.
Sal Mullgrav holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Georgia Southwestern State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Inter-Disciplinary studies from Savannah State University. Sal is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Colorado State University. Sal is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the Beta Phi Lambda Chapter seated in Savannah, Georgia, and current President of Keep Savannah Beautiful Advisory Board.
Trish McLeod
Trish McLeod was born and raised in Burma (Myanmar) and moved to the United States in 1965 to attend Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia. Graduated in 1969 with a BA in economics. Worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer in Roanoke County, Virginia for 5 years. Trish spent the next 5 years working for Proctor and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio before moving to Savannah, Georgia in 1979. Trish was a stay-at-home mom until she started her own catering business, “Catering by Trish McLeod” in 1986 and retired after 25 years. Trish served on the Board of Hodge Foundation and Forsyth Farmer’s Market.
Trish was married in 1970, she has a son and daughter with family of their own and enjoys being a grandmother. Trish is very passionate about keeping litter prevention in the forefront in City of Savannah and looks forward to implementing the goals of Keep Savannah Beautiful, Inc. Lastly, it is an equal opportunity for all of us as there are not constraints of race, religion, or culture on litter prevention. Trish currently serves on Keep Savannah Beautiful board as the Vice President.
Miriam Munn
Miriam is a native of North Carolina. She currently works with the Savannah Chatham County Public Schools. This is her second year on the board.

Montana L. Tohm
Originally from Canada, Montana currently splits her time between Georgia and Virginia. She previously owned and operated the largest dog training, exercise and boarding facility “Halifetch” on the east coast of Canada. She managed to operate the company for two years completely remote while she moved down to the USA before selling it for profit in 2020. She moved to Savannah, GA and become the Development Director for the Humane Society for Greater Savannah. Under that role she was the media liaison, fundraising strategist and lead marketer. While at HSGS she also had previously held the roles of volunteer coordinator, foster coordinator and food pantry coordinator. She decided to leave HSGS to start Social Butterfly to expand her reach in aiding in the business development of her community. Montana has helped countless clients in Savannah grow their business, make new connections and form a strong brand identity by utilizing social media correctly. She recently decided to move to Virginia to be with her fiancé and travel to clients in Georgia.
2024 will be Montana’s third year as a Board Member for Keep Savannah Beautiful she is also an active member of the Junior League and is an active member of the Jaycees. She was previously an Ambassador for the Savannah Chamber of Commerce and a Board member for the Association of Fundraising Professionals as the Young Professional Chair position. Serving her community has always been a top priority for her. She currently volunteers with the Virginia Food Bank and the Gloucester Commonwealth Senior Living Facility. She previously volunteered at the Savannah Wildlife Rescue Center, Fuzzy Therapy Miniature horses, Renegade Paws Rescue, Toronto Humane Society, Thrive Senior Homes. She spends as much time with animals as she does enjoying the outdoors.
She has been featured on The Great Canadian Women Podcast, CEMA (Chatham Emergency Management Agency) Y’all Ready For This Podcast, Mia Mance Trending Topics, Mark Robertson 98.7 The River, CTV, WTOC, WSAV, Fox28, Connect Savannah, Savannah Morning News, WJCL, Pinkblitz Magazine, Ogeechee River Keeper, Savannah Magazine, Canvas Rebel, Voyage Savannah and Femme Bought.
Montana has most recently been nominated for “Best Resident of Savannah” for 2022 via Connect Savannah.

JaDon A. Whipple
JaDon is a Georgia native, growing up in Wilkinson County. He currently works as a Police Officer as a Corporal on Patrol Unit with the CCPD. He has served on the board for three years.
Deion A. Williams
Deion is from Macon, GA and works as a Greek Life Coordinator. He has been a board member for 3 years.
